Ashlee Paradis Named Director of Social Events for YRP Chapter

PLRisk is proud to announce that Ashlee Paradis was named the Director of Social Events for the newly created Hartford Chapter of YRP. This position allows her to help coordinate the various events for their affiliated brokers and professionals.

Young Risk Professionals (YRP) is an organization that aims to empower the next generation of leaders in the Risk and Insurance Industry.  YRP focuses on networking, mentoring, and education efforts to build a community among young professionals in the industry.  The Hartford, CT chapter was just formed in the summer of 2025.

Ashlee was excited to be a part of this new chapter. "I’m excited to join the YRP Hartford board as Director of Social Events.  In this role, I’ll focus on creating experiences that blend networking and professional development – from happy hours and volunteer projects to unique local events. I look forward to helping foster connections and growth among young insurance professionals in the Hartford area.”
