Her leadership will also drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies, streamline workflows, and manage a dynamic team of account management professionals.
Ashlee's journey in the insurance industry began at Sumner & Sumner Insurance in Willimantic, CT, where she developed a strong foundation in client service. She later contributed significantly to Keating Inc., a wholesale broker in Phoenix, AZ, where she spent over five years supporting professional, management, and cyber liability accounts. During her tenure, she played a crucial role in maintaining and expanding the firm’s Professional Lines renewal business through strategic solutions and exceptional service.

Residing in Connecticut with her teenage son, Ashlee is passionate about performing live music on weekends, cooking, and gardening. She also volunteers with The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, a cause that holds personal significance as her son is a longtime camper who has benefited from the camp’s programs.
