# Ashlee Paradis Promoted to Assistant Vice President of Account Management

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Ashlee Paradis to the position of Assistant Vice President of Account Management. In this pivotal role, Ashlee will oversee an extensive and diverse portfolio, working closely with our retail brokers to fortify carrier relationships and ensure the seamless delivery of client services. Her leadership will also drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies, streamline workflows, and manage a dynamic team of account management professionals.

Ashlee's journey in the insurance industry began at Sumner & Sumner Insurance in Willimantic, CT, where she developed a strong foundation in client service. She later contributed significantly to Keating Inc., a wholesale broker in Phoenix, AZ, where she spent over five years supporting professional, management, and cyber liability accounts. During her tenure, she played a crucial role in maintaining and expanding the firm’s Professional Lines renewal business through strategic solutions and exceptional service.

Morgan Smith, the COO of Axis Insurance Services, was happy for Ashlee, saying. “"Ashlee has truly leaned into leadership at PLRisk, driving impact through innovative processes, thoughtful trainings, and forward-thinking technology. Her commitment to mentoring and developing her team has elevated those around her, and I’m excited to see how she continues to accelerate and inspire in this next chapter."

Residing in Connecticut with her teenage son, Ashlee is passionate about performing live music on weekends, cooking, and gardening. She also volunteers with The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, a cause that holds personal significance as her son is a longtime camper who has benefited from the camp’s programs.

Upon her promotion, Ashlee expressed her gratitude, stating, “I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to step into this role and continue working alongside this fantastic team. It has been advantageous to be part of a company that truly values strong partnerships – with both our clients and our underwriters – and leads with integrity. By prioritizing employee education and putting coverage first for our clients, we uphold the kind of commitment that truly sets us apart.
