This June, we celebrate the incredible spirit of community giving back, highlighting the partnership between Axis Insurance Services, PLRisk , and CUMAC, an organization that works with the food-dependent population in Paterson, NJ. We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the distinction of “A Dignity Defender” by CUMAC.

CUMAC, celebrating its 40th Anniversary Gala, has recognized our company as a "Dignity Defender" Sponsorship level partner. This reflects our outstanding commitment to supporting CUMAC's mission of serving families at or below the poverty line. We provided monthly support to this great organization through volunteering and sponsoring this great organization.
Mike Smith, CEO of Axis Insurance, is a vocal advocate for corporate social responsibility and giving back to the community. Under his leadership, Axis Insurance actively supports various charities throughout New Jersey, with a special focus on CUMAC's vital work.
CUMAC's impact is significant. In 2024 alone, thanks to the generosity of donors and volunteers, CUMAC distributed over 3.7 million pounds of food to nearly 38,000 families in need. These food-dependent families depend on organizations like CUMAC every week.
