Rachel Coughlin has joined PLRisk Advisors as a Professional Liability Broker.
Most recently, Rachel was a Senior Account Executive with Capitol Special Risks, a division of Specialty Program Group, in Atlanta, Georgia, where she managed a diversified book of business, supporting retail partners in obtaining professional and management liability, along with cyber, privacy and network security coverage. In this role, she negotiated coverage enhancements with underwriters as required to tailor insurance policies to a specific exposure and/or class of business.
Rachel was a speaker at the Society of Professional Business. She was recognized in 2018 as a “Top Specialist Broker” by Insurance Business America about the importance of E&O coverage.
She credits her background in hospitality for her ability to cultivate strong relationships with agents, insureds and underwriters.
