# PL Risk introduces new Customer Service Representative

PL Risk is excited to welcome Sarah Cook as the newest member of our Customer Service. Her responsibilities include facilitating renewals, managing new business, and maintaining strong relationships between clients and producers.

Sarah brings a wealth of experience in various senior sales roles. In her previous position as a Senior Broker Success Associate, she specialized in worker compensation policies while providing world-class business insurance experience for brokers by providing consistent customer service interaction through multiple platforms such as chat, email, and phone, to brokers to make their businesses more effective and competitive to create an amazing experience for their small business customers. Her previous experience also included working in retail, where she helped foster relationships to induce repeat business and helped manage inventory for the cosmetics brand.

Morgan Smith, COO of Axis Insurance Services and PLRisk Specialty Insurance Agency, was Team delighted to have such a hardworking employee join our staff. ““We are delighted to welcome Sarah Cook to our growing team. She brings a thoughtful, diligent, and empathetic approach to our Customer Service Team, fostering collaboration and a commitment to excellence. We are excited to have her on board and confident she will be a wonderful addition to the company.”

She currently lives in Brooklyn and is a graduate of Stetson University with a degree in Sociology. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching reality TV, and collecting miniature trinkets.
