# PLRisk and NJYIP Join Forces with the JoAnn Danzis Foundation to Combat Pancreatic Cancer

PLRisk will be hitting the links with the New Jersey Young Insurance Professionals. They will be in the NJYIP Open on May 6th at the Galloping Hill Golf Course in Kenilworth, New Jersey. Attending this event will be Vice President of Sales, Matt Culkin and Professional Liability Broker Mark Bradway.

The one-day event will feature an 18-hole shotgun-start tournament where insurance professionals will compete to be the best among their peers. All proceeds from the event will benefit the JoAnn Danzis Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer. [https://www.danzis.org/](https://www.danzis.org/)

When asked about his participation, Matt had this to say, “I have been coming to the NJ YIP Events for years and to see what they do for the next generation of talent in our industry but also to be able to shape that offering has been something great for me personally. Their annual golf outing is always so much fun and it gives back to the JoAnn Danzis Foundation, which is a foundation near and dear to this organization’s heart. We’re looking forward to it again this year .”
