Rachel's journey into the insurance industry began after transitioning from the hospitality sector, driving her passion for serving as a true intermediary. Before joining PLRisk, she honed her skills as a Senior Account Executive at Capitol Special Risks, a division of Specialty Program Group, where she supported retail partners in securing essential coverages. Her ability to negotiate coverage enhancements with underwriters proved pivotal to her success.
