# PL Risk to Sponsor SPARCC Event

PLRisk is pleased to announce they will be sponsoring the Safe Place and Rape Crises Center (SPRACC) Runway Fundraising event at the Sarasota Ritz Carlton on March 28th. SPRACC is an organization that helps and empowers victims of domestic and sexual violence. Our own Vickie Smith is the chair of this amazing event and will be attending.

When asked about it she had this to say. “I am sincerely thankful and humbled to be serving as the Event Chair for SPARCC Runway Fashion Show and Luncheon Charity Event for the third year in a row. SPARCC plays a vital role in aiding survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, helping to cultivate a safer and more compassionate community. My heartfelt thanks to PLRisk for their generous donation to this organization.” 

Mike Smith, President and CEO has this to say’ We strongly encourage our team to volunteer and to give back to the community. It’s an essential part of our core values.  We strongly support the efforts of the SPARCC team both in providing essential services and to raise awareness to the problems and issues domestic survivors face.  We are proud to support their efforts.”
